At EasyPhones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your EasyPhones account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the device in its original packaging including all chargers, cables, and manuals, then securely pack it into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
